How One Call collects, uses and protects your information.
Your information is collected by One Call Building and Cleaning Services Pty Ltd, ABN 40 669 339 066 (referred to as "One Call", "we", "us" or "our"). One Call is a registered NDIS provider, registration number 4-KMM12U1.
When you fill in the quote request form on our website, we collect your name, mobile phone number and suburb.
Because you are enquiring about NDIS-funded cleaning, this enquiry can reveal that you, or someone you are enquiring on behalf of, is an NDIS participant or has a disability. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), this is treated as sensitive information, and we handle it with extra care. We only ask for the minimum information needed to arrange your quote and callback, we do not ask for details of your disability or your NDIS plan on the form, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone outside One Call.

Your details are recorded in a secure, access-controlled spreadsheet used by One Call to manage enquiries. Messages to you are sent by SMS and email through our service providers, who only process your information on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes. We keep your information only for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to your enquiry and provide our services, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
By submitting the form, you consent to One Call contacting you by SMS, call and email about your enquiry. Every SMS we send identifies "One Call" and tells you how to stop future messages.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You can also opt out, ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
