One Call is an NDIS-registered provider for Household Tasks and Home Modification across Greater Sydney. Referrals are arranged with Aeiden directly, not a call centre, and every worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a police check and NDIS worker orientation training.

Because One Call is NDIS-registered (4-KMM12U1), agency-managed as well as plan and self-managed participants can use us. Registration is verifiable on the NDIS Commission provider register.
You and your participant deal with Aeiden, the owner, on one number. No call-centre handoffs, and a quick answer when something needs sorting.
General house cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, laundry) under Household Tasks, and home modification work under the same registration.

Whatever suits you and the participant. With their consent, share their details and we will make contact, or give them our number to call directly.
