NDIS household cleaning
One Call is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. If a plan includes Household Tasks, house cleaning may be claimable. Arranged with Aeiden directly, and delivered by screened, police-checked cleaners.
Is it covered?
In many cases, yes. House cleaning generally sits under Household Tasks (part of Assistance with Daily Living). It can be funded where it relates to a person's disability and their plan includes that support.
Not sure if it is in the plan?
Your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm whether Household Tasks is funded and how to use it. We are happy to talk it through, but we do not give plan or financial advice.
What we clean
Regular or one-off, arranged around what suits you.
Benches, surfaces, sinks and general tidying, kept clean and hygienic.
Basins, showers, toilets and floors, cleaned thoroughly.
Vacuuming and mopping through living areas and bedrooms.
Washing, folding and general tidying to keep the home comfortable.
Agency-managed?
Because One Call is an NDIS-registered provider, agency-managed (NDIA-managed) participants can use us, as well as plan-managed and self-managed. Unregistered cleaners cannot take agency-managed participants, so being registered genuinely widens who we can help.
You can confirm our registration (4-KMM12U1) on the NDIS Commission provider register in about 30 seconds.
Tell us your suburb and we will text you straight back, then call to arrange a time that suits.
